Yes, you can bring your asylum characters into the carnival.
Yes, can you bring your carnival characters into the asylum.
No, I'm not going to check and approve the carnival characters since this is only a temporary event (unless you want to move them into the asylum permanently).
No, the Carnival isn't finalized. More areas/boards will be added as the they are thought of/suggested.
D-chan: I want you to be in command for this event! This requires one thing which is make Lucifer's character. I'm going to be second in command.
